We, the board of LOM affirm that Black Lives Matter
We, the board of Letter of Marque Theater Company, affirm that Black Lives Matter. We stand in solidarity with the Black communities in Brooklyn and beyond.
We believe in the power of theatre as a tool for social change and are always willing to learn more and to share our knowledge. We will serve our mission to spread ensemble culture through inclusive, responsive, and accessible theater by encouraging dialogue between artists, activists, and audiences; to seek ways to become more educated and more activated.
We will continue to challenge the status quo and brave the seas of social change by encouraging audiences to actively address, or at least challenge the way they think. It is our commitment to hold each other accountable because we envision a future in which success is pursued collectively, and ensemble ideology is a vital part of healthy communities.
